It occurred to me this morning as I was driving into work that I had forgotten to take the ground beef out of the freezer that I was intending to use tonight. Now, I'm kinda thinking that this is probably a good thing, since I'm still digesting the leftover fettuccine from last night (dang that stuff was good).
So I made myself another smoothie (strawberry this time. Same recipe, just with strawberries this time around instead of blueberries), and that was my dinner tonight. But LOOK! I went out to weed the garden after work tonight and some ARE RIPENING! The first radish of the season, and some spinach!
Salad for lunch tomorrow. Out of curiosity, does anyone know if radish greens are edible?
