Ok, I have to admit, this particular recipe is not one that I would probably make again. It didn't go over too well with Beast, and, while it was good, it wasn't good enough that I would make it just for me. But it was quick and easy and simple, and didn't need any special ingredients that would necessitate a trip to the grocery store. If you like plums, this would definitely be a nice recipe to try.
Ingredient List
2 T butter, melted
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 medium sized plums, halved and pitted
2 cups lemon sorbet (optional)
Coat an outdoor grill or stove-top grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium high. IN a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Brush the mixture all over the fleshy side of the plums. Grill the fruit, flesh side down, for about 5 minutes, or until soft. Serve with the lemon sorbet if you so desire.
